Kan. Admin. Regs. § 30-5-151 - Scope of hospital services for medikan program recipients

Hospital services for medikan program recipients shall be limited to services provided for the following conditions:

(a) Acute psychotic episodes;
(b) traumatic injury;
(c) burns; and
(d) substance abuse acute detoxification.
