Kan. Admin. Regs. § 30-64-10 - Currently established and recognized community mental retardation centers now recognized as community developmental disability organizations (CDDOs)
(a) Each community
mental retardation center organized pursuant to the provisions of
K.S.A. 19-4001, et seq., currently established and
operating as of the effective date of this regulation, shall be recognized as a
CDDO. The CDDO shall have the same service area that the community mental
retardation center was previously recognized for.
(b) This regulation shall take effect on and
after July 1, 1996.
