Kan. Admin. Regs. § 38-2-6 - Remuneration
Remuneration to agents, whether paid directly or indirectly by the association, the amount or rate of which shall be stated in the written agreement, shall be limited to commissions and fees (including retainer) commensurate with the services performed and to reimbursement for actual expenses incurred in connection with such services.
