Kan. Admin. Regs. § 40-8-8 - Excess line insurance contracts; signature of agents; required endorsement

Each insurance contract procured and delivered as excess coverage pursuant to K.S.A. 40-246b shall bear the signature of the agent who placed the coverage with a non-admitted insurer.
