Kan. Admin. Regs. § 44-12-801 - Bulletin boards
(a) No inmate
shall remove any item from any bulletin board. Each inmate shall be held
responsible for compliance with orders published by posting on the bulletin
boards. Bulletin boards shall be used by and shall be under the exclusive
control of the warden or designee.
(b) Violation of this regulation shall be a
class II offense.
This amendment shall be effective on and after February 15, 2002.
