Kan. Admin. Regs. § 47-1-11 - Permittee; preparation and submission of reports
The secretary or secretary's designee may require a permittee to do the following:
(a) establish
and maintain appropriate records;
(b) make appropriate monthly reports;
(c) install, use, and maintain any
necessary monitoring equipment or methods and evaluate the results in
accordance with those methods, at the locations, intervals, and in the manner
prescribed; and
(d) provide any
other information relative to surface coal mining and reclamation operations
that the secretary or secretary's designee deems reasonable and necessary.
