Kan. Admin. Regs. § 47-15-4 - Injunctive relief
The attorney general may be requested by the secretary to institute any civil action for relief, including a permanent or temporary injunction, and a restraining order or any other order, whenever, in violation of the state act, these regulations, or any condition of an exploration approval or permit, anyone does the following:
(a) violates, fails to comply with, or
refuses to comply with any order or decision of the secretary or secretary's
designee;
(b) interferes with,
hinders, or delays the secretary or secretary's designee in carrying out
provisions of the state act or these regulations; or
(c) refuses to perform the following:
(1) admit the secretary or secretary's
designee to a mine;
(2) permit
inspection of a mine by the secretary or secretary's designee;
(3) furnish any required information or
report;
(4) permit access to or
copying of any required records; or
(5) permit inspection of monitoring
equipment.
