Kan. Admin. Regs. § 47-16-3 - Consent to entry
(a) All reasonable
actions that are necessary to obtain prior written consent from the owner of
record of the land or property to be entered shall be taken by the secretary or
secretary's designee.
(b) The
consent shall consist of a signed statement by the owner or the owner's
authorized agent that shall include the following:
(1) a legal description of the land to be
entered;
(2) the nature of work to
be performed on the lands; and
(3)
any special conditions for entry.
(c) This statement shall not include any
commitment by the secretary to perform reclamation work or compensate the owner
for entry.
