Kan. Admin. Regs. § 47-8-11 - Use of forfeited bond funds
Funds collected from any bond forfeiture may only be used to perform the following:
(a) complete
the reclamation plan on the permit area on which bond was made for the surface
mining operation for coal; and
(b)
cover associated administrative expenses.
