Kan. Admin. Regs. § 49-15-1 - Investigation
The commissioner will not investigate charges when the parties are bound to the terms of a written agreement for the term of the agreement or July 1, 1973, whichever first occurs; or unless the legislature amends section 5(c) [44-1105 (c)].
