Kan. Admin. Regs. § 49-25-7 - Notice of election
(a) At least
fifteen (15) days prior to an election, the secretary shall cause a notice of
election and sample ballot to be posted in conspicuous areas where professional
employees in the affected unit assemble.
(b) A motion for intervention for
representation on an election ballot shall not be entertained during the ten
(10) day period immediately preceding an election.
