Kan. Admin. Regs. § 49-8-5 - Commissioner elects type of vote
The commissioner will determine whether or not to hold a manual ballot, mail ballot, or jointly conducted union-management election pursuant to rules and regulations for each of such types of elections as hereinafter set out.
