Kan. Admin. Regs. § 5-45-8 - Levees; hazard classes
The following levee hazard classes are established:
(a) Class A levee failure of levee may allow
damage to farm buildings, limited agricultural grounds or private roads.
(b) Class B levee failure of levee
may endanger extensive agricultural land, or damage isolated homes, secondary
highways or minor railroads.
(c)
Class C levee failure of levee may cause loss of life, or cause serious damage
to private, commercial or public property.
