Kan. Admin. Regs. § 5-9-1a - Term permit application
Each application for a term permit shall meet the following requirements:
(a) Be submitted on a
form prescribed by the chief engineer; and
(b) be accompanied by the fee for any new
application to appropriate water for beneficial use specified in
K.S.A. 82a-708a(b), and amendments
thereto.
