Kan. Admin. Regs. § 51-12-2 - Notices
(a) Employers operating under this act shall post notice in one
or more conspicuous places advising employees what to do in case of injury.
This notice form may be obtained at no cost from the division of workers
compensation.
(b) Immediately upon receiving notice of injury or death of an
employee, the employer shall mail or deliver to the employee or legal
beneficiary a copy of the appropriate division of workers compensation form.
