Kan. Admin. Regs. § 61-3-14 - Designation as school or college
Every barber school or college shall designate to the public that it is a barber school or college by having a sign on the front window or entrance, with letters not less than six inches in height, reading "Barber School (or College). All work in This School (or College) Done by Students Only." No school or college shall erect or maintain a barber pole.
