Kan. Admin. Regs. § 67-3-5 - Supervising sponsor
(a)
"Supervising sponsor" shall mean the person who supervises a temporary licensee
pursuant to K.S.A. 74-5812(d) and amendments thereto.
(b) In addition to the requirement pursuant
to K.S.A. 74-5812(d) and amendments thereto that a temporary licensee be under
the supervision of a person who holds a valid license, the supervising sponsor
shall meet the following requirements:
(1)
Have a license that is in good standing with the board, which shall mean that
the license is not suspended or subject to any condition or limitation ordered
by the board, whether by a consent agreement or a final order of the board;
and
(2) have been licensed to
engage in the practice of fitting and dispensing hearing instruments for at
least five years immediately preceding the date on which supervision
begins.
