Kan. Admin. Regs. § 68-15-2 - Nonprescription wholesale distributor registration required
A nonprescription wholesale distributor may engage in the distribution of nonprescription drugs to persons or entities, other than a consumer or patient in Kansas, if both of the following conditions are met:
(a) The drugs are prepackaged, fully
prepared by the manufacturer or distributor for use by a consumer, and
appropriately labeled.
(b) The
distributor has first obtained a registration to do so from the board.
