Kan. Admin. Regs. § 69-12-8 - Warnings
(a) The tanning
facility operator shall post warning signs as specified in subsections (a) and
(b) of
K.S.A. 65-1922.
(b) The tanning facility operator shall have
available for inspection, written warning statements that are in compliance
with K.S.A. 65-1921. The tanning device
operator shall read the required information to any illiterate or visually
handicapped consumer, in the presence of a witness.
