Kan. Admin. Regs. § 69-3-26 - Transfer students
(a) Within 30
days after enrollment of a transfer student, a school shall obtain verification
of the student's prior course of training including subjects, the number of
hours, and practice services completed by the student.
(b) A school shall obtain verification on a
form approved and provided by the board from the state board or school in the
state or jurisdiction where the transfer student completed the training.
(c) The school shall determine the
subjects, hours and practice services of the transfer student's prior course of
training which conforms to the curriculum requirements in K.A.R. 69-3-8 and
shall give the students credit for those subjects, hours and practice services.
