Kan. Admin. Regs. § 7-21-5 - Electronic poll book signatures
A handwritten signature on an electronic poll book means any mark made by a person indicating that the person is the listed registered voter residing at the address recorded on the electronic poll book. The person may make their mark on the electronic poll book screen by employing a stylus, a finger, or by an amanuensis.
