Kan. Admin. Regs. § 7-41-15 - Registration authority, local registration authority, and local registration authority's trusted partner; compliance
Each RA, LRA, and LRA's trusted partner shall meet the following requirements:
(a) Comply
with these regulations and the ITEC certificate policy when administering any
certificate or the associated keys; and
(b) ensure that I and A procedures are
implemented in compliance with the requirements for certificate security levels
specified in the ITEC certificate policy.
