Kan. Admin. Regs. § 7-46-3 - Declarations of religious objection
(a) Each person who is otherwise entitled to
vote and who seeks an exemption from the photographic identification
requirement pursuant to
K.S.A. 25-2908(i)(5), and
amendments thereto, shall sign and submit a declaration form concerning the
person's religious beliefs before receiving a ballot in each election in which
the person intends to vote. The person may sign and submit the declaration form
to the secretary of state or the county election officer before each election
or when applying for a ballot.
(b)
A voter shall not submit a declaration of religious objection in place of a
valid photographic identification document after casting a ballot.
