Kan. Admin. Regs. § 70-3-5 - Failing any examination

A candidate for licensure shall not be admitted to take any examination more than five times. No applicant may retake any examination more than five years after that individual's initial attempt, except that the fourth and fifth attempts shall be at least one year after the previous attempt.
