Kan. Admin. Regs. § 71-6-5 - Duty to notify board

Each supervising dentist who allows a nonlicensed person to coronal scale teeth after the effective date of this regulation shall meet the following requirements:

(a) Verify that the nonlicensed person has proof of completing the training to coronal scale teeth required by K.S.A. 65-1423(a)(8)(E), and amendments thereto; and
(b) report to the board the name and practice location of the nonlicensed person within 30 days of the effective date of this regulation or within 30 days of the nonlicensed person's first performing the coronal scaling of teeth under the supervision of the dentist, whichever is later.
