Kan. Admin. Regs. § 71-8-3 - Renewal of registration

(a) Each operator who wants to renew the registration shall submit a renewal application, on a form provided by the board, at least 60 days before the expiration date.

(b) Each registrant shall pay a registration renewal fee of $350 per facility when submitting the renewal application.
