Kan. Admin. Regs. § 80-2-3 - Multiple employment; designation of beneficiary
An individual in multiple employment may for administrative reasons complete enrollment and other forms prescribed by the board of trustees, and if different designations of beneficiary are received, the board will recognize only the last one filed with the retirement system.
