Kan. Admin. Regs. § 80-50-9 - Local police or firemen's pension system defined
The phrase "local police or firemen's pension system" will be defined as meaning a system established under the provisions of K.S.A. 13-14a01 to 13-14a14 or K.S.A. 14-10a01 to 14-10a15 or other pension systems specifically designated by the Kansas legislature.
