Kan. Admin. Regs. § 80-8-1 - Definitions

(a) "Board" means the board of trustees of the Kansas public employees retirement system (KPERS).

(b) "Executive Secretary" means the executive secretary of the Kansas public employees retirement system (KPERS).

(c) "Member" means an active or retired member of the system.

(d) "System" means the Kansas public employees retirement system (KPERS), the Kansas police and firemen's retirement system, and the retirement system for judges.
