Kan. Admin. Regs. § 80-8-4 - Election committee

(a) The executive secretary shall appoint an election committee of three members who shall supervise the voting process. This supervision shall include the following:

(1) tallying the voice response votes;

(2) opening and tallying the alternate paper ballots; and

(3) certifying to the board the results of the election upon completion of the tally.

(b) The election committee shall also supervise the tallying of votes for any recount.
