Kan. Admin. Regs. § 80-8-6 - Time computation

In computing any period of time, the day of the act, event or default after which the designated period of time begins to run shall not be included. The last day of the period shall be included unless it is a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, in which case the last day shall be the next day following the Saturday, Sunday or holiday.
