Kan. Admin. Regs. § 82-1-247 - Relationship to other rules
This article applies only to compensation of consumer intervenors of electric utilities subject to title I of PURPA. Nothing in this rule shall be construed to limit in any way the ability of a person to intervene under K.A.R. 82-1-225.
