Kan. Admin. Regs. § 84-2-7 - Petition for unit determination, unit clarification and investigation or certification or decertification of employee organization; of petition

A petition, form to be provided by the board, may be filed with the board by an employee organization or group of public employees or public employer. The original of the petition shall be signed by the petitioner or his authorized representative and the original and five copies thereof shall be filed with the board.
