Kan. Admin. Regs. § 88-19-2 - Applicant eligibility

To be eligible for a Kansas-Rhodes scholarship, a person shall demonstrate to the executive director of the board of regents or the executive director's designee that the person:

(a) Is a resident of the state of Kansas;
(b) has been designated as a Rhodes scholar;
(c) has successfully completed the academic work funded by the Rhodes scholarship;
(d) meets the requirements for admission to and will enroll as a full-time student in a specified degree program at a state educational institution;
(e) will not be receiving the full amount of tuition and required fees under any federal program of student assistance; and
(f) will report promptly to the board of regents any information requested relating to the Kansas-Rhodes scholarship program.
