Kan. Admin. Regs. § 88-20-9 - College certification

Upon the enrollment of recipients of Kansas nursing student scholarships, each eligible institution of post-secondary education shall certify to the executive officer of the board of regents or the executive officer's designee that each recipient:

(a) Is a resident of the state of Kansas according to K.S.A. 76-729(a) and applicable administrative regulations of the board of regents relating to residency determinations;

(b) is enrolled or has been accepted for enrollment as a full-time student in a nursing program;

(c) is attending the nursing program; and

(d) meets all the guidelines for assistance as specified by the board of regents.
