Kan. Admin. Regs. § 88-9-2 - Applicant eligibility

To be eligible for a vocational education scholarship offer, a person shall demonstrate to the executive director of the board that the person:

(a) has fulfilled the requirements set forth in K.A.R. 88-9-1(b) ;
(b) is an undergraduate who has never received a baccalaureate degree;
(c) is or will be enrolled full time in an eligible vocational education program; and
(d) has submitted an application for receipt of scholarship stipends, or if eligible for a second term has submitted an application for renewal award.
