Kan. Admin. Regs. § 91-1-207 - Renewal of certificates issued before July 1, 2003

(a) Each applicant renewing a valid certificate issued before July 1, 2003 shall renew that certificate based on the renewal requirements in effect at the time of the issuance of the certificate.

(b) Upon renewal of a certificate issued before July 1, 2003, the applicant shall be issued the appropriate license with content endorsements obtained before July 1, 2003.
