Kan. Admin. Regs. § 92-51-30 - Application for refund of registration fee

Any owner of a motor vehicle eligible for a refund of the registration fee shall file an application for the refund with the Kansas department of revenue, division of vehicles, state office building, Topeka, Kansas 66626, or the department's designee. At the same time, the applicant shall relinquish to the division of vehicles the registration plate and any attachment issued in connection with the registration, unless the plate has been relinquished to the county treasurer pursuant to K.A.R. 92-55-3 . Application for refund shall be in the form prescribed by the division.
