Kan. Admin. Regs. § 92-52-16 - Third-party relationship requirement
Each county employee or third-party contractor contracting with the division of vehicles to provide services as described in K.A.R. 92-52-14(b)(2) and (3) shall submit to appropriate security clearance requirements and training required by law.
