Kan. Admin. Regs. § 94-5-19 - Prehearing conferences

A prehearing conference may be held by the court for purposes of narrowing the issues and facts in dispute, simplifying the presentation of evidence, and otherwise assisting the parties and counsel in their preparation for trial. Each pre-hearing conference shall be conducted in accordance with K.S.A. 77-516 and K.S.A. 77-517, and amendments thereto.
