Kan. Admin. Regs. § 94-5-7 - Information and assistance to self-represented litigants
(a) Information concerning the court's rules of practice and
procedures shall be made available by the court to litigants. Court staff shall
be available to assist self-represented litigants concerning general matters of
court procedure and access to court services. Court staff shall observe the
rules prohibiting ex parte communications.
(b) All communications and filings with the court shall be
directed to the offices of the court in Topeka and shall meet the requirements
in these regulations and the Kansas supreme court rules of judicial
conduct.
