Kan. Admin. Regs. § 97-5-2 - Determinations of eligibility

Determinations as to eligibility based on parents' residency at the time of entry into military service will be made by the Kansas veterans' commission based on all evidence available at the time of application. Determinations of prisoner of war, missing in action, or line of duty death, or injury causing death while serving in the U.S. armed forces in the geographical area of the Viet Nam conflict, will be made by the Kansas veterans' commission based on all available evidence at the time of application.

Determinations of semester equivalency will be made by the Kansas veterans' commission based on all facts obtainable where an eligible dependent enrolls in any course not on a semester basis.
