Kan. Admin. Regs. § 99-31-4 - Minimum required equipment
Each testing service company shall have at each place of business sufficient standards and equipment to adequately test dispensing devices as specified in the notes section of the general code, and in the liquid-measuring device code, vehicle-tank meter code, and LPG liquid-measuring device code contained in the national institute of standards and technology handbook 44, as adopted by reference in K.A.R. 99-25-1.
