NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY:
KRS
323.210(1)(b), (2) requires
the board to promulgate administrative regulations governing the contents and
conduct of examinations, the method and time for filing applications, and the
time within which an applicant shall be examined after his or her application
has been filed. This administrative regulation establishes the application
process for the examination.
Section
1. Application for Examination and Registration.
(1) Each applicant shall:
(a) Submit a notarized Application for
Architect Registration Examination with a two (2) inch by two (2) inch passport
photo; and
(b) Comply with the
requirements of
KRS
323.050 through
323.090 and 201 KAR
Chapter 19.
(2) The
requirements for an applicant are summarized in the Information and
Instructions for Applicants for the Architects Registration
Examination.
Section 2.
Examination Applications. An Application for Architect Registration Examination
shall be accompanied by the payment of the application fee established in
201 KAR 19:255.

(1) The following material is incorporated by
reference:

and
(b) "Information and
