02-030 C.M.R. ch. 110, § 1 - ORGANIZATION
The Bureau of Consumer Credit Protection is responsible for the administration of the Maine Consumer Credit Code. The Superintendent of Consumer Credit Protection is the head of the Bureau of Consumer Credit Protection. As used in the Code, "Administrator" means the Superintendent of the Bureau of Consumer Credit Protection.
