02-030 C.M.R. ch. 500, § I - AUTHORITY
Title 9-A M.R.S.A. §§6 - 104(1)(E), 2 - 302(7) and 10 - 201 grant the OCCR authority to promulgate this rule. It is a routine technical rule as defined by 5 M.R.S.A. §8071(2)(A).
