02-030 C.M.R. ch. 500, § VI - CERTIFICATION; EDUCATION AND TESTING PROVIDERS
1.
Course certification.
Persons subject to this rule will be awarded credit only for courses and
tests/examinations certified by the OCCR prior to instruction or testing.
Individuals or companies providing instruction or testing can obtain
certification by filing with the OCCR the form set forth as Attachment "A"
hereto, which may from time to time be amended or be provided in an electronic
version.
2.
Course
providers. The OCCR may request proposals from persons qualified to
provide courses and tests/examinations. The OCCR may award contracts to one or
more such persons.
