02-031 C.M.R. ch. 270, § 7 - Benefit conversion requirements
(A) Benefits
eliminated by operation of the Medicare Catastrophic Coverage Act of 1988
transition provisions shall be restored.
(B) Medicare supplement policies subject to
the minimum standards adopted by the states pursuant to the Medicare
Catastrophic Coverage Act of 1988 shall provide at least the minimum benefits
set forth below in Subsection
8(B).
