02-031 C.M.R. ch. 271, § 1 - Purpose
The purpose of this Rule is to clarify the requirements of reinstitution of Medicare supplemental coverage effective following repeal of the Medicare Catastrophic Coverage Act of 1988 for those insurers which failed to provide reinstitution on a timely basis.
