02-041 C.M.R. ch. 75, § 5 - Periodic Inspections of Low Pressure Boilers

Inspection Methods and
Frequency. Before the initial inspection certificate expires, and
annually thereafter, all low pressure boilers in the State must be inspected as
follows:
A. An Inspector must perform one (1)
annual certificate inspection, which must be an external inspection conducted
while the boiler is in operation; and
B. When construction permits, an Inspector
must perform an internal inspection every third year.
2.
Report. An Inspector must
submit to the director a report of each inspection performed pursuant to
Section 5, Subsection 1 of this Chapter on a form approved by the
director.
